271 Procedure

271.1 Procedure

Amendments are made in the following ways.

a) Common Provisions.  The supreme courts of the Partners approve from time to time amendments to the Common Provisions.  These are published in the reports of the Forum of Cooperative Ventures.  These amendments apply to all Cooperative Ventures from the date indicated by the Forum.

b) Agreements.  A parish or any of the parties to an agreement may seek to vary the agreement with respect to specific clauses provided the changes are not at variance with the Common Provisions nor intended to supersede them.  Such amendments shall be approved by a two-thirds majority of a duly constituted parish meeting (See 222.2) together with the appropriate bodies of the Partners as listed in 132.
